The current route is very similar to the number 62 tram route along Boulevard Leopold III. Moreover, services to the residential areas of Haren need improving and diversifying, as they are undergoing considerable redevelopment.

New route

The planned number 65 service will operate a new schedule between Bordet Station and Machelen, taking the route of the current number 64 bus route. NATO HQ will now be served by the number 12 bus and the number 62 tram. The centre of Haren will now be served by a second route, the number 80 bus.

  • New connections between Machelen, Haren, Evere, Schaerbeek and the city centre;
  • A better service for the centre of Haren;
