HEROS - PLACE SAINT-JOB

The current route of the number 43 is convoluted, inefficient and confusing. Passenger numbers on this route vary along the different sections. Moreover it is the only route into the Homborch area. The new housing developments and many schools in the area provide ample justification for improving services to the south of Uccle.

New route

The start and end points for the new number 43 route will now be Square des Héros and Saint-Job Place. The number 43 no longer runs to Homborch; this area will instead be covered by bus routes 41 and 37.

  • A less convoluted route;
  • This service will serve the entire route all day;
  • More direct and more comfortable connections between different districts (Gare de Linkebeek, Verrewinkel and Prince d’Orange);
  • Improved service for the south of Uccle, along with new routes for services 41 and 37.
